Well the sale could do a couple different things. Since the prices are lower (50-75% off) and our commission is down to 8% from 11% we could make less. But I reference the first part of the previous sentence. the prices are MUCH lower, which means more people cam afford them. We have a saying "A dollar is great but so are 4 quarters."
I know whatever gets worked out with the ex will go to his advantage. but what really matters is my daughter is happy. The minute she isn't happy, I know people who know people
