I cant go to work today and possibly tomorrow because my back is in alot of pain. How lame is that? Im 30 years old and already my back is fucked...on top of that im in construction and work as a laborer for now untill I can get into the electrical apprentiship. So I have to lift heavy crap and carry it on a daily basis. Jack hammers, thumpers for compacting soil not to mention materials...sheet rock and plywood up 1 to 4 flights of stairs. I need my back to work so I can go to work. If its not one thing its another.
