why is it i always seem to update this thing when I'm drunk??

I'm sure there is a message in there somewhere...but i can't find it.

Anyway - I had a bit of a scare at work last week when they told me they weren't sure if they were gonna renew my contract...but my boss made it all better today by telling me he was a little too harsh with me and there was no question that they were ginna renew my contract (phew), he gave me a py rise too - not as much as i would have liked...but hey, you can't have everything...right? another 6 months till my new pay review...ah well.

I've spent a lot of time thinking this week, about me and my relationship with my friends.i really love my friends...but sometimes when I'm around them i can get so down. i don't know if you get the same thing, but just seeing how my friends are around other people kinda makes me feel a bit shitty. I just wish that i could have the kind of friendship with people that some of my friends do, but cos I'm not a social pimp i kinda feel left out sometime (a lot of the time). It's difficult when you are friends with so many people who are amazing...genuinely amazing...you kinda find faults in yourself more easily. anyone else get this? or am i being really stupid?

So - I'm gonna copy just about everyone else and ask a question...I'm not expecting anyone to respond to it...but it you do then cool. it's a bit of a deep one...sorry. Whats the thing you like most about your friends that you don't see in yourself?
