RE the hair thing, how do you cut your own fringe? I really want bangs but i can't afford to pay lots of money at the hairdressers so i'm thinking about doing it myself....
Haha yea Ottawa's pretty dull, I'm not surprised your friends want to leave! I haven't travelled around Canada (or anywhere) much myself, but from what I have I suggest visiting Montreal... excellent culture experience. The most little independent cafes I've ever seen. And an awesome nightlife.
Any girls want a guide for a Montreal's city tour? :p
There's a lot of nice place to see here (not "tourist" stuff) like Gothic bars, underground shops...tattoos shop!!!
