Peru was good (Cusco, Machu Picchu -- AMAZING), but I have to admit, Lima wasn't, um, much... Especially in comparison with all the places I have been since. So I recommend you travel lots while you are there. Since you have invested in hiking boots, it sounds like you will!

Home? It is a concept I have been stuggling with for years, and I have come to the conclusion that for me, home is where ever I happen to be living.
