Yeah, property values are through the fucking roof there. What about Talent or Phoenix or one of the other little up and coming towns around Ashland/Medford?
We found ours on Craigslist. There is a fair amount of scamming, but I found it was a little easier to filter out if I put in search criteria (2+ bedrooms, dogs allowed, yard). Honestly though, I spent a few months looking.
Our property manager is Brad at Realty Brokers, and we've been pretty happy with them. They mostly sell real estate, but you might call and see if he has anything for rent. Just don't tell him we met on a porn site.
