Hi lovies!

I know I haven’t been around very much the past few months and just wanted to give a lil life update. So, since the beginning of this year I’ve felt pretty shitty physically. I was fatigued all the time, sore all over and more and more my joints started hurting. It got to the point that my hands would ache driving...

I just want you to know that we can relate here. My wife struggles with chronic illness and migraines. Its very difficult to say the least, for both of us. She's decided to try, as is possible, to get off many of the meds and go the route of nutrition and supplements. I honestly can't say how it's going to turn out, but the fight goes on. I know you have to be stronger than you think because your still fighting too! Take care and happy holidays! 😊❤@prettyneurotic

First and foremost, I hope you're feeling better.  I just heard myself while reading this.  Never use to listen to my own body and always felt that my background as an athlete was going to prevent my body from falling apart.  WRONG!!!!!  Here's the short of it - I didn't believe in a single holistic treatment and or supplement, but now after applying it to my daily routine, I'm back to feeling great.  Using my hands daily without pain from my arthritis is amazing.  I don't normally recommend or endorse products, but I use 2 Nature's Sunshine products specifically for our condition - severe joint inflammation, Noni Juice and Aloe Vera Juice.  A shot glass portion of each, mixed together and taken in the morning and before bedtime will help you.  I swear you'll start to feel better after just 2 weeks.  Look up Nature's Sunshine and give it a try.  It's only going to help you.  Feel better and please take care of yourself.  You're sorely missed!!!!!!

Hey lovelies,

So my very dearest friend in the whole world was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis this weekend. She had double vision and weakness, ended up in the ER and has been poked and prodded all week while they figure out exactly what’s going on and where damage has already occurred. She is getting a spinal tap as I type this 😱

Do any of...

My wife has MS, has had it since so was in her mid-30's; she is 57 now. MS effects everyone differently. The most important thing is ti diagnose which form of MS your friend has and treat it accordingly and aggressively. But, there is NO KNOWN CURE  FOR MS. Your friends life is going to change, she just needs to make she does not try and live her life the way she did before or the decease will get worse. It is very important she find a good neurologist, one she can trust, and more importantly, one that has experience in treating MS patients. A good neurologist can and will make a world of difference in how your friends MS is treated and how well she learns to cope with it.  Hope this helped.

Thank you so much @blackheartburlesque for swinging through lil ol’ Tallahassee last week and blessing us with such a badass performance! My hubbo got me tickets to the show for my birthday a couple months ago and he was just as excited as me to be there 😍 Best date night we’ve had in some time and I adore the little bodysuit I got 🖤 in
