I'm reading an excellent book at the moment. The Heart Is Deceitful Above All Things by JT Leroy. It has me wriggling with discomfort already and i've not even finished the first chapter yet.

I had a great day at work today. I don't know why really. Nothing in particular happened, although I did get to zzzap my friend Luke with the laser-beam-machine. That was fun. I cleaned which was also very fun (I say that with no incline of sarchastic distate).

I'm going to see the Yeah Yeah Yeah's on Sunday which i'm gushing my pants over. I want to (and frequently do) bonk to Karen O's music. I get to hang out with my ace friend Mish beforehand, which I can't wait for. Haven't seen her for weeks!

Me and Kogii were supposed to be going to see a flat at some point before the gig, but i've just done all my sums and I can't afford the rent. I'd have about 30 a week left, which I can do if I have to for a month or two, but I don't want to live on that for the forseeable future. I have standards - Starbucks venti skinny sugar-free hazlenut latte must be had at least once a week, plus the numerous cans of diet cherry coke I purchase would probably add up to half of my weeks budget. It's cool. We'll find somewhere, but it'll be tweeny. That's ok though. It just means I have a legitimate reason to be anal about order and tidiness .

Right. I'm going to read more of my excellent book and go to sleep. Nighty night xXx
