Do you remember about a year ago when I mentioned this company http://vitalsolutionsmd.com/ ? Well today I finally did it. I went to the facility signed up and started my journey. I am required to give myself HCG injections for 6 days a week. Once a week I go in for my weigh in , get B12 shots and access my progress. I am on a diet of protein and lean carbs. Day one and two this week I get to cheat , after that it's all business. I will keep you up to date on my progress.

good luck, and remember it takes times for a change to show, and most times others will notice it before you do, so don't let what looks to be lack of progress get you down.
