So, I was walking over to my friends place through my old neighborhood.
I still pretty much live there but I rarely get to walk around and to this end of it. The more I seen how buildings grew and how much has changed the more it sucks. My neighborhood used to have a wicked drive in theater and all that is lef tis 2 screens and a Rona warehouse moved it.
Just kinda bummed me out.
I went to the Calgary Folk Fest yesterday to see Feist and Broken Social Scene. Great show and the first time I went to the Folk Fest. Some very interesting people head out there but it was cool to see familys enjoying themselves and little kids up and dancing. I don't get to see that at any of the shows I usually go to.
It was fun.
