Good evening ladies and gentle men,
I've had a lovely week, rolling about in pain and popping more pills than the Rolling Stones at their peak. I will never let a doctor put, take or add anything into me again. Still, I feel better now and managed to pull this stitch out yesterday (without crying for too long).
Been signed off work for two weeks, and as a result been bored out of my skull. If I wasn't reading or playing Warcraft or drawing (pics up soon I promise!) , i was sleeping. Sleeping like the dead. I can't believe how long I could sleep for, I know it was my body trying to heal and get an edge, but damn, I wont want to do that again. Going to cut right back on it when I return to work, 6 hours at the most.
I'm still looking for another job right now, as the hours still don't give me enough breathing space, or the ability to save any money. Luckily there's a few jobs out there right now, so given I'm in a job I feel good about my chances.

Given my condition, seeing movies isn't really possible, but I am looking forward to "The girl who played with Fire", the 2nd in the trilogy. I loved the books, and so far the films have lived up to the spirit of the characters, and the late author, Stieg Larsson.
Books? Very few new ones, aside from the last Scott pilgrim book. What a series, I've enjoyed every page of it.
Okay, I'm off to see a friend and take some more painkillers. Take care all.
