it's good to rant. even necessary. Especially when there's shitloads of politics going on in the office. It's not what you do, it's how much they like you as a person. Obviously that shouldn't be the way it is. It's unfair and outright wrong.

I hate annual reviews. I'll get mine next year. January/February. I always get positives because I'm no joke with work. I can do mines, his and her's with no complaints. They think I am a good worker but I know better. I'm just grateful that I have a good job that pays great money
