i'm sorry about your review. maybe when you go to talk about it with your boss, you can do like the "psychics" do. you know, how they pick up on things just by talking to a person. maybe you can find out exactly why your boss doesn't like you (if that's the case) and then needle it! or better yet, a little ass-kissing goes a long way. i have found, in my extensive period of job-hopping (which is over, thank god!), that it's fun to kiss ass!

i have found that bosses who require ass-kissing are very insecure in who and what they are. maybe if you pretend to be nice, or pretend to kiss ass, he'll ease up. you don't even have to do it in a mean way, but just enough that he thinks you're kissing his ass. you don't really have to mean it. it's not selling out. it's surviving, my brother. kiss his ass, and then when he turns around, stick your tongue out at him. just make sure no one else is looking.

Me and negativity are total strangers. I'm too much of an optimist. I do have my down moments but all in all I usually get over it very quickly. I just find something to distract myself with. I guess that's why I have a lot of hobbies and travel a lot.
