I wasn't sure if I would post this story on here.. But.. I thought it shows what a nice person I am and that's always a good thing?
Tuesday was a crazy day.
I decided to start jogging back from work again (Since I ran a 10k in July I haven't run as much as I used to), I got to the end of the road and a girl had collapsed and was fitting at a bus stop. I ran over and helped the people who were helping her (as I have had epilepsy and seizure training). I put my work uniform under her back as she was wearing a strappy top and I was scared she might tear her skin on the concrete. I stayed with her when she came round the other people helping left me with her. I asked if she wanted me to call anyone for her so I rang her brother to meet her at the hospital and waited with her until the ambulance arrived.
I live in Essex which is about 50miles from London and there has obviously been rioting in London but none reported here. When I got on the bus the driver warned me not to stay in town because it was supposed to 'kick off' I got off the bus nothing was happening and I was fine... What a crazy day Tuesday turned out to be!

She said that she usually had these fits but noone ever stopped! I hope it gets sorted out for her because it must be horrible not knowing whats wrong or what causes it.
