Our first home was a nice, updated, camel-back shotgun home, with a super open floor plan, and within stumbling distance of all of our favorite bars and night-spots.

Then - - as I believed I forewarned - - within a month or two of signing the mortgage and moving in, we were "expecting."
It was a good home for a baby.
When Spawn become a toddler, however, we decided a house with interior doors,
and a separate bedroom
was probably in order.
