it's completely unscientific but,
it seems that whenever someone signs all those mortgage documents,
one's fertility goes into overdrive.
Houses = babies.

Congrats. I have to agree with StCyr on the fertility though unfortunately. It only took a month after the closing before the wife was pregnant with our youngest.
ooo....home ownership. just remember, before playing around with electricity, turn the power off. while 110 V through the body won't kill you, it will leave you with a tingly feeling for quite some time!
