oh i had to add i have the same problem as you with the whole window and loud neighbours!
stupid little children riding their trikes and yelling the abc song outside my window GRRRR
it gets all stuffy and when the window is closed.... maybe i should be all dramatic and slam the window shut when they are out there.... theres a plan!
