@digitalsol Woudn't want to disappear without explaining things, and maybe I'll even stay around just as a member. If it was anything less serious than the pressing mental health issues, I probably wouldn't be doing it, as I have had a lot of fun out of modelling, and at the very least I want to quit on a positive note. So many have to quit because of mental health problems and it's such a shameful reflection on this society. I hope you can stay as a member and I'll miss you as a model 😢💜
That is totally fair and understandable when you put it like that, but also props to you for all the effort you put in and I hope it is at least rewarding in so many ways - your confidence seems so high but that's just an assumption of mine and how you carry yourself/come across. My door is always open to chat about things, especially when it comes to mental health. And of course, I am terribly excited for the anime cosplay - though I'm not good with anime trivia just yet! Only just starting to get into it more these days!
@phianixx I'll just be impressed / relieved if anyone's heard of / cares about the character. ;) But the Prisoner set seems to have worked, so my nerdiness is evidently not as niche as I feared ... and I fear it's my day job that really eats my confidence, alas. :( If I could change that, I could see myself coming back to this with renewed vigour. Really appreciate the support, at any rate. xxx
I really hope you are able to do something about the day job then - it's easy saying what we'd like in an ideal world, only we have the power to change it - but when it comes to jobs it's a bit more of a challenge! So easier said than done!!!
I'm sorry to hear that you'll be stepping away, but I'm glad you're able to do so on your terms, for yourself. Take care of you, and everything else will fall into place.
