Check your Health Plan to see if they compensate for
Smoking Cessation. Some of the New drugs are supposed
to really help kill the craveings. Even if you cann't do it this
time it's a step towards being Nic-free.
Find a displacement for those times when you would lite up.
Car is the worst for associative behavior. Try Licorice Root,
chew on one when you would have a cig., sort of a floss and
breath freshener at the same time. Wishing you much success.
