If you want to tighten your abs, lenthen your muscles, relax and increase flexibility, then do Pilates.

I'd pin you as more of a Pilates girl, myself.

I noticed your post in the red-heads group, I also prefer natural red heads, being one myself, but thats not why i'm here. I couldn't live with myself if i just sat idly by while someone in this world is being denied a Theremin, so... PAIA makes a theremin kit for $90(assembly required) i know a lot of other companies out there that assemble them as well for a little more, or simply give away schematics and parts lists. There are a lot of options out there, most well under $500 except for the MOOG stuff of course. I hope that helps =]
