Netflix is pretty awesome actually. You become a member, make out a list of movies you want to rent and then they mail you three movies. you watch the movies for as long as you want then mail the movies back to them in there prepackaged envilopes then they mail your our next movie.

8 lbs. in 4 days! Are you eating at all? Be careful, that's too fast. Try to lose 2-3 lbs per week. You'll be less likely to put it back on and you'll feel better.

alright on the house hon! that's great...on the weight loss...congrats on the 8 lbs...but i do agree with MetalEric...about losing it slower...i started my exercise and weight loss program about a month ago...and i've lost about 15 lbs total so far btw...you cracked me up with what you said in my journal about the tats and saying it doesn't hurt when it really does lol...that's the exact reason why it took me so long to get one...cuz i was sitting there lookin at them when they would say that and was like...u know u r lieing to me about it...jus admit it! lol anywayz sweetie...i'm glad things are going your way
