maybe you should take a trip. going to a new environment can help.

Change boy to girl and focus on the chorus wink...and forget all the relationship references

Hi,

I'm new around here, but have come acrossyour profile. You're a beautiful girl and I hope things start to look up for you soon.

At least you're not in England. The weather would make things ten times worse!

Heads up, Girlie

i go through the same thing every now and then and i'm never sure how i get out of it, i have spent the day on the sofa in my duvet today too and i think that's what sucks me under.
Going out for fresh air usually helps me.
Hope things look up for you soon x x x

I hope that tattooing goes well. It'll most certainly help with the income thing! smile

An advice from a depressed one: you need lots of exercise. Helps a lot smile
venillarose:
frown I hope it gets better soon. I agree with exericse (or just getting out and about) its an effort but it will help pull you out of your rut. Hugs.

I live in Seattle, but work in Long Beach every week or two. It has been MISERABLE in Seattle lately, so this sunshine is just absolutely soul-warming for me.

You know what? Your blog actually touches people. Granted, we'll likely never meet, but you get to do something beautiful, even if it is just sharing how sad you feel right now. You are creating human connection, which is priceless. I don't know if this helps you at all, but I send you my best, and my thanks for sharing your life with us. Peace.
dougrun:
I hate that feeling. existing is not living. Thats when i go for a run.
swbdog:
Psst. You're too young and full of opportunity and promise to be this depressed. You're not allowed to feel that way until you are my age and have your mid-life crisis. smile

Get yourself engaged in something meaningful where other people depend on you -- volunteer at the Red Cross to help with Haiti stuff, or something -- and I think you will find that being needed and useful will help you feel better all around, and be more productive in other areas of your life.

Good luck!

Peace,

SWBdog

stay strong smile

I went thru this same period about 4-5 months ago. It's miserable, and exhausting, and you feel like it has no end. It does. Stay strong, get some help, talk to someone, life will come back to you eventually, you'll just have to work a bit harder for it.
