So, my mum always used to make homemade dinners for us. But one of her “cheaty” meals for us would be chicken Kiev, mashed potato and sweet corn. I used to mix my sweetcorn into my mash cause I liked it like that!

I’ve shown this to my boyfriend and he likes it too! But we’ve upgraded it to include mizeria which is a Polish side dish, salted thinly sliced cucumbers in sour cream and lemon DELICIOUS .

When I read @fredhincanada ‘s post, this is the first thing that I thought of for my favourite comfort food as we ate it last night. Garlic bread usually not included, but we were really hungry yesterday so we added it but that’s not usual addition to the dish.
