I find myself the opposite of your not worrying enough, I am a worrier, and its wasn't until fairly recently that I stopped spending too much time worrying and not enough doing, because while I am stressing about what needs to be done and how much time I don't have, whatever it is, isn't getting done, so now, i just say to myself "just go and start it!"
But then...I had this revelation while sat on my step, in the garden, cup of tea in hand, so sometimes great realisations oocur when we just take the time to be.
