for the 19 years ive lived here it sure has changed. after the guys from santana almost killed that black guy; the teens in santee become racist outta nowhere. it was crazy. but the reason y the stuff in south bay that goes on never makes the news is because santee, even if it has its racist bros, is really not that bad of a town so this shit is rare.
