Good luck with the appointment. I hope you are able to work everything out the way you want. Just remember that you have to make yourself happy too. Sometimes compromise and settling become a way of life and before you know it years pass by and nothing has changed except that you have even more invested in something that isn't working. I have seen someone go through that. It is not pretty.
