Yup, I'm with an agency right now. Used to work for a single family but when that job ended, I had a hard time finding a family that would take me for only 5-6 months (because of my trip) so I resorted to an agency. It has it's ups and downs, but on the plus side... overtime and overtime pay available (much needed!) and meeting new people and having to be likable and outgoing with strangers constantly is definitely preparing me for being alone and surrounded by strangers for 3 months in Europe.
