Do you think the diner has a vegan option that isn't a sad-looking salad?

Normally, the word diner is not so vegan-friendly.

Just the one day really. I fly in Sat. afternoon and fly back out Sun. afternoon. :/

I won't have any official transportation that I know of, but I can make an effort to book a driver for good vegan food.
