There was another kid murdered up here at the lake. a 17yo girl was stabbed and found dead in the street and an 18yo girl is the suspect who is under arrest.
I remember when I was younger I would hear of kids dying and thinking "wow that sucks. They were just a kid." I would think that cause well it was pretty obvious, it sucked. But now I see and hear of kids dying and I kinda know why it sucks so very much. They never get the chance.
Fuck me this place is awfully damn violent for being a little rural town. Maybe someone will "get it" here and realize that you can't turn a blind eye anymore.
I'm still chipping away at my hospital time. Respiratory therapy and more ER this week and then ICU next week.
So yah....I really don't know what to say...every tooth in my mouth will be replaced with crowns over the next 12 months or so.
It will be nice to smile without being afraid.
