You'll find that the Psychosphere always balances things out. Do your best to remove yourself from the negative and the positive will flow in and patch things up. You know the truth. Your true friends know the truth. In the end that's all that matters.

It's funny how sometimes our exes or former friends turn out to be our worst enemies. They know which points to hit and which buttons to push. There's probably some sort of legal action you could take. If nothing else, though, I'd change all my passwords and get some sort of firewall so he doesn't do more damage.
