Antarctica has lots of different interested parties who have divided it into pie slice shape pieces - so I guess it is owned. Maybe in small chunks though. USA, Chile, UK, Argentina blah blah blah own bits. My boyfriend got an email from Antarctica last month. I was way more excited about it than anyone else.
