I have to be at work in less than an hour and I really don't want to go. I'm just getting over being sick (my doctor said it was H1N1, but I'm not so sure) and I'm still a bit woozy.
New Year's was fun, even if I was a tad under the weather. On NYE I went over to a friends house and we hung out, talked, and drank a bit. I showed my friends the first episode of It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia because I thought they'd like it. I think they liked what they saw, but they talked throughout most of it.
One of them talked about the most random shit all night, but then at the end of the show asked "wait, what's going on? I don't understand it."
So I simply said "well, when they were advancing the plot, you were going on about your cruise to Puerta Villarta..."
And she kind of got an attitude with me. I didn't even say it in a particularly snarky manner either, despite wanting too. Ah well.
And then last night, to celebrate a couple friends' birthdays, we went to Chevy's, and then the local bar. It was nice seeing them again, as one move to Long Beach, and the other is just so busy I haven't seen him since Halloween.
and now I have to be at work in 45 minutes, and I still don't want to go. ugh.

Nothing too strenuous, if you can get two programs signed. One for me, and one for a friend of mine. I'll return the favor that weekend with a program when I go to MegaCon that same weekend.
