So I use natural deodorant anyway, which is like $5+ a stick. Bonzai Aphrodite , who used to be on SG, has the recipe in her blog. I had most ingredients at home. I only needed to buy cornstarch! I did a couple substitutions, shea butter and almond oil instead of coconut oil.
So far it turned out great. I added a little too much oil so it's less of stick consistency and more of a paste. Oh well, I was my first time making it. I tried it for the first time yesterday and it rocks. Better than the stuff I buy in stores. 24 hrs later and no stink (which isn't always the case with my store bought stuff)!
Not that I probably have to say it, but it's not an antiperspirant. I don't rock that stuff.
