I am back from my far-too-short road trip to the Jersey and Maryland shores and finally settled back in. Coming back from vacation is so hard...there's always so much to catch up on and you don't really want to be back anyway. I have pictures on my camera...but I can't find my cable to plug it into the computer, so maybe next time...
I got to feel like a little kid for a while...splashing around in the ocean and letting waves carry me to shore. Well, sometimes they carried me...other times they tried to drown me or run me over. It's been 10 years now since the last time I was in the ocean. I forgot about the sounds and smells of it. Maybe I am romaticizing it too much...but for a couple days I was so at peace...I was able to relax. It was awesome.
I ate so much seafood that you would think I would be sick of it by now...but I'm not...I actually had seafood for dinner last night AND tonight.
Oh, and I have more pets now. Because, you know, Ash in her 1-bedroom apartment didn't have enough pets with the Husky, the cat, and the giant aquarium...
I bought 2 little hermit crabs. They are in the little cage they were sold with right now, but I plan on buying them either a bigger cage or a small aquarium this weekend. Don't judge...I have a need to take care of things.
I probably need to go to sleep now, but I hope everyone has a great rest of the week.

Yeah I'm way too chicken to ever ever actually hit on a waitress or somebody working in a store cause I used to work retail and had a few random people hit on me and it was always immensely weird.
