I think the new Cursive album is good, even without the cello (which does make me sad). Right now I'm obsessed with the band Arcade Fire "Funeral." Check them out!

My grandfathers both fought in WWII, both of which almost losing their lives before coming home and spawning a bunch of baby boomers.

My father's father built his own house with the help of my dad and then built and opened a Spanish-speaking church for the migrant workers in his little town in IL. My other grandpa farmed every day of his life until a few years ago when they sold the farm.

I just hope the world exists long enough to have my own kids someday...

Cursive started without a cello, so don't be too worried.

i need to give new cursive a second chance. i was listening to in the car with john after i bought it yesterday and he thought he had seen them because he thought they were thursday. later he thought stars were minus the bear. so really listening was sort of hard.

i miss the cello. they'll be here in a month.
