he's going to get at least a couple weeks in jail, but it could be as long as a couple of years.
he failed a drug test for the second time while on probabtion (i think he only had a few days left). so now he to go to court in five days and i'm not sure if he even has a lawyer yet. probably not. his po said it should only be 15 days in jail since it was a small amount, but last time i checked, he wasn't a lawyer either.
we'll have to see.
if he doesn't go to jail, i might beat the shit out of him for being so stupid and almost wasting all that he's done to get to where he is now.
