I'm scheduled to leave for L.A. this coming Saturday and I am just busy as all hell until then. Finished moving out of my apartment yesterday and I'm feeling a little beat up after two days of manual labor getting that done. Good thing I haven't chosen to become a stevedore as I wouldn't last a week.
Ever notice how you often meet the coolest people right when you're leaving some place? I met this cute and charming girl who was moving into my building as I was moving out. I was able to give her a bunch of useful things I was just going to throw out and we hung out and had some beers on her porch last night after we both finished. We're going to get together for drink this week before I go.
Life is funny and frantic, and I imagine will only continue to become more so as my week goes on.
