So I was listening to Undertow by Tool today. I realized that it was one of the few things that I kept from my early teenage years. Everytime I hear that record I can recall so many seriously vivid memories. Some are good, some not so much, but that record is a constant in my life and I can honestly say is one of the most influential in my current tastes. If I had to choose my favorite record ever, it would be Undertow, even though Tool isn't one of my favorite bands.
So that leads me to my qustion of the day. If you had to choose one record (no cheating by saying "there's so many") that is truly your favorite what would it be and why?
"You're gonna owe me a sixer for this one, maaan."

And while I'm talking about the masterpiece that is Without You, I'm Nothing, I just have to say that lyrics are one of the main reasons I love that band entirely - Brian Molko has this way of using the English language as his medium for... oh I just can't even do it justice. I love Placebo so much. *rips heart out*
