I saw Mudhoney, Screaming Trees, and Sonic Youth in Portland in 1988. Easily the loudest and smokiest show I ever saw. But, it had an incredible vibe to it.
they are great, @catdad . i saw the sonic youth in lisbon in the 2000's. not so loud as earlier, but still a very creative, energetic and fantastic band! <3
