I feel as if I unlocked something...

And now the world is making so much more sense to me.
I am digging on this...it's so strange and foreign to me
I am forcing myself to be happy and it seems to really be working
Like if I start getting a bad thought I stop and think of something that really makes me feel good
and then...Bam I don't remember the bad feeling anymore.
This rocks for me...
Because really I have been a gray cloud for years and the thunderstorms were obnoxious that came from me
I cant believe just a forced change of mindset can really make a person feel physically better
...I mean obviously it has been reported to do so for many a year
But with my pessimistic view point on everything, well it was hard to see the truth
It so universal
and so easy
I cannot believe I missed it for so long
But I am glad it appeared
and I love the people that have helped bring it out of me
They deserve that love too

Thanks for the little lights you turned on along the way until I found the big one
