Right now I'm reading "Duma Key" by Stephen King and I'm loving it. For light reading, I suggest "Choke" by Chuck Palahniuk. Hell, any of his books. They are short, easy to read, and very entertaining.
It's hot here in VA too, when I went home to NJ I brought shorts and tee shirts and didn't realize it is still pretty chilly up there. I think I'm more for cold weather, maybe it's all the Polish in me. Although, I love the warmth because it gives me a reason to go to the beach.
Snuff was totally light reading. I swallowed that one in a day. Did you like it? And LoC was just "interesting"? I was kind of horrified and amused...just so bizarre, no? What's the scoop with LTROI? You said you won't make it. I know, it's a little rough and slow. You might be helped out if you rent the film.
Most fascinating! I've never heard personal testimonials of the book, but I haven't heard one negative comment or review towards the film. You are groundbreaking!
