Expanding insulating foam in a spray can. Find the siren or horn, and fill it with the foam if it is within range. The foam expands like one of those cheap earplugs in a few minutes and presto, no more noise.
Alternately, using the 'ol intert00bz you can look up where the battery is located on the car, get yourself a decent rechargable drill and a long 3/8" bit, then drill through the fender until you make a hole in the side of the battery case, fairly low. All the acid will drain out of the battery, which will then go dead and the alarm will stop.
Not that I've ever done anything like this, of course...
