teclo:

You want a day shift - I want a job where I don't have to work weekend any longer. I am quickly approaching thirty, and I don't want to spend my vacation days jetting off to people's weddings in town. Ick.

Depression is not fun. Until last Saturday I felt as if I had a hole where my heart was and a literal set of weights there instead. It felt as if I was wearing a 50lb barbell on my shoulders, and to move it hurt.

I am doing much better: thanks to medication, yoga, and the boyfriend. I won't be around much either. I will be cancelling my account in November. This just isn't my place anymore. I need to be outdoors with friends more than anything else in the world right now.

i want a job where i get paid to sleep and smoke pot. but thats just me
magick:
glad you're gonna stick around for awhile...i was a little disappointed when i thought you'd be leaving sooner, because you seem like a cool guy and i was hoping to talk to you some more!

i'm thinking of applying to be an SG...just have to take some application photos. i have a feeling they'll reject me though, just because things never seem to work out for me. although if i DO get accepted, i'd hope you'd still be around to see my set go up! wink

i hope things work out with your friend.

Finally. Someone who wants to add me to their friends list after posting in my journal first! Dude, I've had two people send a friends list request without so much as speaking a damn word to me. Get this, one of them was an old skool member. whatever Having been a member for so long, you'd think he'd get the picture about general friends list etiquette right?

But enough of that, thanks very much for stopping by and reading what I wrote. I'm hoping that you also learned something from it. That's one of the reasons why I post stories like that. People learn something from it, and in turn, I learn even more from it from their responses/feedback.

If you're intrested in reading more of my stuff, there are some older stories you can take a look at. In the entry you have read, if you click on "Andrea" it'll take you to the story about her. There is also another hyperlink iin there to a story about how I turned things around for myself in high school.

Thanks again, take care.

PS

I like what you wrote for "5 Items I can't live without". Sounds like a great closing line for a poem or a story. wink

Don't worry dude, if you're quiet that means you're just the strong silent type... or something like that... yeah.
kiki:
I think your thinking of a different Kiki, before this my name was Diskittyisfeisty
april:
well hello, it's nice to meet you, and thank you wink
benni:
checklist, lessee.... be brunette? check. wear plaid? check. be benni? dammit! i'm always missing one-- er, wait. benni... THAT'S ME! I DID IT! love
magick:
mmm, benni... shocked
damn she's gorgeous! and funny too.

i feel out of place everywhere. i'm just a dork i guess. biggrin

i'm still working on getting my application photos together...it's hard to take good ones myself, and i'm having trouble finding someone to take them for me. everyone's always too busy. surreal

i hope whatever you decide to do musically works out for you. if you get some of your own stuff recorded, i'd love to hear it! smile

magick:
yeah, my email inbox is always full of spam about cheap viagra... whatever

damn i feel so out if it today. all dizzy and tired for some reason. probably coming down with something. bleh.

in your favorite films list, you said you enjoy black and white horror and zombie movies. any specific favorites?

magick:
yay, we're the last two people on the planet who haven't seen harry potter!

i'm sure someday i'll get around to seeing the LOTR movies. it's been a long time since i've actually watched a new movie. i usually prefer sitting at home watching old horror flicks.

i'm not allergic to anything. not that i'm aware of anyway. i've never been stung by a bee though, so i'm always worried that that'll be the thing i end up being allergic to.

i love the original dawn of the dead. haven't seen the remake. the original night of the living dead was awesome too. i actually didn't mind the remake they did of that, back in 1990 i think it was. and i always liked return of the living dead, and return of the living dead 3. i think i just like the 3rd one so much because mindy clarke is the hottest zombie EVER.

i was planning on going to SGB on thursday, but now it looks like it's sold out. i was so looking forward to seeing stormy and shera. damn it. frown

maybe i'll go watch dawn of the dead, now that you got me thinking about it.
talk to you soon. smile
