i have never tried Valerian. right now with some of the meds i'm taking, it might not be a good idea.

if you do have a cracked rib, you should see a doc. getting it taped up will help some anyway.

i spent 10 days in Madrid last year and fell in love with the city. had hoped i would be living there soon, but things went all wrong. i'll have to satisfy myself with frequent visits whenever i can scrape together the money and the time in sufficient quantities.
