Just seen the new Star Trek. Amazing!

But you have to accept the possibility of multiple alternate universes or the time paradoxes will bug you.

And Spock getting jiggy with Uhura is just plain wrong -- whatever timeline you find yourself in.

enjoyed your interview with nimoy and the other guy (i'm 46 and all about the original recipe, haven't ever watched a whole episode of heroes).

i am worried about 1. new cast (i've known shatner and all for 40 years!), 2. that it will be just another summer action flick; and 3. it will be too intense for my 9 year old who is just as crazy about Trek as I was at here age in 1971 or so.

but we'll all go friday night probably

Kick ass interview with Zach Quinto--I took my Momma to see the flick for Mother's Day & fucking loved it!!! I'm so hot for his NeoSpock i can't take it! Thx for the article--so nice to read the work of a sexy woman who is so smart & adept with concepts like time, space, logical paradoxes. Sweet that you got to see the movie at the end of last month.Great link to Possible Worlds theory Modal Realism
