i went scuba diving in the caribbean once .. it was a long time ago .. almost 10 years .. but that was one of my favorite things i've ever done. i'd really like to be certified, but i live in indiana and you have to take your certification test in a cold, murky lake. ech.

i never took the classes, but i did go scuba diving once. i was having a blast until i rather rudely discovered that due to a perforated eardrum, i cannot go below the one atmosphere level thingy.

easily the most godawful painful lesson EVER.

yeah scuba up here in Oregon is mostly insane, we train inside but take the test in the freezing Oregon coast line waters. The class is just cool cause you get certified, didn't know that when I signed up but ehh, bonus feature!
It was just because the cat was there with the glowing eyes of death and doom that you missed my intense amount of evil.

I have been certified for about seven years. It's truly a gift when you travel and get chances to dive around the world. I try to only dive in warm climates now. I had enough of the cold Pacific. Anyway I like your journal and profile. Peace. Jason
