I've been itching to cook a good meal for a while now. I don't know if I want to do a Cranberry-Apple-Raisin and Sage stuffed Pork Tenderloin, Cracked Pepper and Cumin crusted Beef Sirloin Tips, or my WORLD FAMOUS Seared Tuna Steak with a Wasabi-Balsamic Vinegrette Glaze... Then there's also my good ol' stand-by Parma Rosa over Penne and Sweet Italian Sausage...

the kitty adventures happens all too much in my neck o the woods. i woke up to mine putting her paw in my mouth at 8 am this morning. oh jesus. yes, and a good hawaiin tofu dish is so nice to cook from scratch. mmm... pinapple tofu goodness.
oh yeah. im going on a rampage [batman style] and kicking everyones ass within philly who has an unmarked black floppy. join me if you wish. i could use a sidekick. holy batnuts, batman!
yeah i feel you, i think alot of people have had 'one' good valentines and i think im there with you. altho, ive had a couple nice anticipatory ones where i sent the roses and once it helped cement the groundwork. ive got another one of those this time. dozen roses to this girl who is totally keeping me on the back burner... my last move is the flowers and the one more date after that

The other night I made ton katsu and rice. Tonight I'm making veggie tempura and miso soup. I'm feelin the Japanese thing goin on right now. I even got chopsticks, hahaha.

i sure would love to have some bosnian food. i loooove food and cooking. i was a souse chef for several years and got to make all sorts of yummy things, but i am not familiar with bosnian food. i should remedy this.....
