I joined a gym today ...woohoo! Its small and 24 hours...which is nice. Lexi wondered where all the trampolines were at since that was exercise. She then proceeded to dance during the entire orientation and contract signing with her stuffed cat, Which is named "HOLLA!". She was convinced we should spend the night at the gym.
Anyway....I am going to start going after i can schedule a proper fitness evaluation to get some sort of plan set up.
Been getting swarmed with construction workers and insurace people last few days since the tree fell thru our roof.
Day6 of Chantix
I upped my dose two days ago. I felt a bit down and had a text message moment but i didnt get a reply so i dealt with it and moved on. I was worried it was the depression side effect the web is full of but nah it was just me. The only real side effect I have had since starting Chantix is the vivid dreams. I have had really cool dreams every night since starting it. I normally go months between memorable dreaming.
This is all well and good but tomorrow(friday) is my last smoking day. That means i up my dose and see how well the meds assist my quitting.
The only real change i had to make was eating in the morning. I drink a slimfast and eat a breakfast bar so i dont get nausea from chantix.
the noticed effects arent huge since i smoke nearly 3 packs a day, BUT i have had times when realize i havent ahd a cigarette for say about an hour. I actually drove home from work and didnt smoke the way home.
I set up a wishlist cuz i never had before ...its a good way to spend hours

I think it should be cheaper for girls, we are less threatening
Oh I get better dances but not for any cheaper, and the price at the door too, I should totally be able to get in cheaper at the door. Sadly my charm doesnt work on them
