Well, considering how busy you were, its pretty cool that we got to hang out three times in the span of a week. We had a great time visiting you and your crafty selves. I know that I'm rather crafted out, I can't imagine how you guys must feel!

Don't even mention Xmas ... so much to do, so little time.

Oh, if it turns out that the CD is the problem and not the CD player, let me know and I'll make another one.
missprint:
Ahhh! I was at the bazar and I loved those aprons! Nice stuff!

Oh and thanks for the DKM info. I've had similar experiences.
lilyk:
i am going grey at midnight, so i will most likely see you before i talk to you again... ask alyk
lilyk:
craft stuff!?!?! what kind of stuff?!?! i love those things!
smuffy:
lilyk does love crafts.

it's true.

biggrin
tangledupinblue:
i thought there was a little eomething metaphysical resonating through that craftsmanship.

> It is with a heavy heart and a certain amount of reluctance that I must report to you that I have tested the CD in several players and there seems to be something amiss. It has a weird flutter to it I have not encountered before.

Well, damn. I thought I checked it out to make sure it sounded OK. Was is all the tracks or just some? I probably only listened to a couple of tracks. I wonder if it was an artifact of the volume balancing (I didn't toy around with it as much as I should have). I will right this wrong!

my account had run out but for some reason it has not ceased yet? = going grey surreal

i used to be big into that group but it annoyed me how people could be to each other in there, so i bailed. i wish i had more time as i am actually really good with the sewing, not clothed but other stuff. surreal

alyk said she got a present for the Meer Brothers, maybe a kitten-sized contraceptive cozy? If you don't already, you shoudl really make some that are fake fur covered. wink
smuffy:
were you even crafty before you met lilyk???
smuffy:
OOOooo a favor.

I can't wait! :d

Hmmmm ... it must have just been a bad burn, because the files all play fine on my machine. I reburned a CD and it sounds fine in my player. I wonder if the glue I just screwed it up somehow. Our printer refuses to print yellow all of a sudden, so I couldn't use the sticker labels I have. Our color printer at work won't take the sticker label sheets ... meaning I had to glue it on to the CD with craft glue, which I thought would be a pretty safe choice (seemed like a reasonable idea at the time).

Does the dub disc play OK?

If you email me your address I'll send you a new copy asap.
lilyk:

Those aprons were one of maybe two things I really wanted to buy, but I didn't end up getting anything because I am way tight on cash. Does she sell them online? I have a friend who collects aprons, so she may want one.
scott:
yeah. i never had to go to the RMV when i lived in mass, but my old roommate told me the same thing, the typical routine for me at the dmv is
a. bring coffee and snack
b. cancel all plans for the day.
c. bring reading material to occupy several hours
