Sorry I haven't been as active - turns out that working two full time jobs is kind of a lot 😅 thankfully still loving the tattoo apprenticeship. I actually sit for my body artist permit test tomorrow, and then start tattooing on skin on Thursday. I am nervous/excited/anxious/ecstatic.
I'm also pretty mentally checked out of my day job. I'm not sure how long it will take before I am making enough to be able to afford just tattooing full time, but hope I can switch to part time at my day job sooner than later at least. I have very little free time so my social life and outdoor time have crashed a bit / whenever I do make time for those things I end up a bit overwhelmed trying to catch up on drawing assignments, errands, meal prep, sleep, etc.
All that said, I'm so grateful for this transition and this time in my life. I'm looking forward to the things that are coming.
